Privacy Policy

What we collect
If you just browse the site without creating an account: we don't collect any personal information. Your sportsbook/team filter selections and dark/light theme preference are saved only in your own browser's local storage — they never reach our servers.
If you sign in (email-only, magic-link — we never see or store a password): we store your email address, any teams you favorite, and any sportsbooks you mark as preferred. That's the complete list. We don't collect your name, phone number, location, payment information, or browsing history.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you across other sites.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each only gets the minimum data needed to do its job:
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles sign-in. Your email and account data live here.
- Vercel — hosts the website itself.
- The Odds API — supplies the sportsbook odds data. We send them requests for odds; we do not send them any information about you.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with sportsbooks, advertisers, or data brokers.
Cookies and local storage
Signing in sets a session cookie so you stay logged in. We also use your browser's local storage (not a cookie, but similar) to remember your filter choices, theme, and whether you've confirmed you're of legal age — none of that leaves your device.
Your choices
You can update your favorited teams and preferred sportsbooks anytime from Settings. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at casualodds@gmail.com and we'll remove it.
Age requirement
casualOdds requires visitors to confirm they meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction before using the site. We don't independently verify age beyond that confirmation.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
